1. Overview & AcceptanceBy accessing or using the analytics and reporting application hosted at maccoll.au (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not authorize or use the App.

‍2. Purpose & FunctionalityThe App is designed solely to connect to your authorized Google Ads account, extract reporting and performance data, and display metrics, logs, and insights within your private environment.

‍3. Data Access, Scope & AuthorizationGoogle Ads API: The App uses Google OAuth 2.0 authentication to request read-only (or standard reporting) access to your Google Ads performance data.Scope of Use: Data pulled from the Google Ads API is processed strictly to generate reporting summaries, performance metrics, and operational insights for the connected accounts.Data Retention & Storage: OAuth tokens and cached metrics are stored securely within the local system environment powering maccoll.au. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your Google Ads data to third parties.

‍4. User ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for:Maintaining the security of your account credentials and access tokens.Ensuring you have the appropriate administrative rights to grant the App access to the connected Google Ads accounts.

‍5. Service Availability & ModificationThe App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update the functionality of the App or revoke API access at any time without prior notice.

‍6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We accept no liability for any errors, API downtime, reporting delays, or decisions made based on the data displayed within the App.7. Third-Party ServicesYour use of the App is also subject to Google’s standard terms and policies. The App is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, or sponsored by Google LLC.8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
